If you are delayed for your delivery or pickup appointment, please inform us as soon as possible. Significant delays or delays without notice may require rescheduling and could incur rescheduling fees or a waiting charge of 50 THB per hour. Additionally, if the messenger needs to return due to the delay, an extra delivery fee will apply.
To avoid extra charges, please try to be punctual or notify us promptly if you anticipate delays.

If the item has already been used, we cannot accept model changes.

We will:
- Guide you through a quick check to see if the issue can be fixed easily
- If not resolved, we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible
- If the item is faulty due to normal use, there is no extra charge
- If the issue is caused by misuse or damage, repair or replacement fees may apply

We understand that accidents can happen. Please take good care of the rented equipment during your rental period. If any item is lost or significantly damaged beyond normal wear, additional charges may apply. You will be responsible for the repair or replacement cost, which will be deducted from your deposit or billed separately if needed.
If a part is missing (like a cup holder, strap, or bumper bar), you can either return the exact part, replace it with the same model found online, provide a compatible alternative, or pay a replacement fee of 1,000 THB. We will confirm the replacement value based on our product listings.
